At Zyra Foods, we deliver fresh chicken products to ensure maximum quality and hygiene. All orders placed and confirmed on the same day are delivered on the same day. We also offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for customer convenience.

1. Same-Day Order & Delivery

  • All orders placed and successfully paid for are processed and delivered on the same day.

  • This policy is strictly followed as our products are fresh and perishable.

  • Orders are delivered within our serviceable local delivery areas.

2. Payment Methods

  • We accept:

    • Cash on Delivery (COD)

    • Online payments through secure payment gateways

  • For COD orders, customers must make full payment at the time of delivery.

3. Order Confirmation

    • Online payment orders are confirmed after successful payment.

    • COD orders are confirmed based on order verification.

    • Once confirmed, orders are immediately prepared for same-day delivery.

4. Delivery Timeline

  • Delivery is completed within the same day of order placement.

  • Delivery time may vary depending on order volume and delivery location.

  • Customers may receive calls, SMS, or WhatsApp messages for delivery coordination.

5. Delivery Charges

  • Delivery charges (if applicable) will be clearly shown at checkout.

  • Zyra Foods reserves the right to revise delivery charges at any time.

6. Customer Availability & COD Responsibility

  • Customers must ensure availability at the delivery address on the same day.

  • In case of COD order refusal, incorrect address, or customer unavailability:

    • The order will be treated as completed

    • No refund or re-delivery will be provided

    • Zyra Foods reserves the right to block future COD orders from such users

7. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • An incorrect item

Please inform us within 2 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos.
Resolutions will be handled as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

8. Service Limitations

Zyra Foods shall not be responsible for delivery failures caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Customer unavailability

  • Refusal of COD orders

  • Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control
