1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

2. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of food and consumable products, we do not accept returns or refunds once the order has been delivered, except in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Damaged product on arrival

  • Product expired at the time of delivery

In such cases, customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery along with clear photos or videos of the product.

3. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened or used food items

  • Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery

  • Orders placed with incorrect address details
